Returns and refunds
If something is wrong, we will put it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return in Canada.
What you can return
- Unopened products in their original packaging.
- Products damaged in transit or sent in error — in those cases we pay the return shipping.
What we cannot accept
Health regulations prevent us taking back opened food, medication or used grooming products unless they are faulty.
How to request one
Email us with your order number. We reply within one business day with a return label and instructions.
Refunds
We refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of the product arriving back at our warehouse.
