Delivery to Australia

We deliver across Australia. These are the timeframes and costs that apply today.

Delivery times

• Standard delivery: 4–9 business days.
• Express delivery: 2–4 business days.

Timeframes start when payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed. Rural areas may add 1–2 days.

Delivery cost

Free delivery on orders over $99 AUD. Below that, the cost is calculated in the cart from your postcode before you pay — never after.

Large bags

Bags of 12 kg and over travel by ground freight. An order combining a large bag with smaller items may arrive as two separate deliveries at no extra cost.

Tracking

We email the tracking number as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
